The name "BED BUG" is for those who are dissatisfied, and they even took this into account... We couldn't get to know the hostel better because we couldn't book a separate room! Despite our request for a separate room, my husband was offered to spend the night with women in the same room, and our daughter with men... I believe it's important to be able to correctly interpret what the client writes! Especially in cases where the client writes that they are not saving money! The main condition is a separate room! Oh, and in the section "What can you say about the hotel?" the word "HOTEL" should be changed to "HOSTEL", and negative comments should be added, since this is also a review! You have an overly high opinion of your premises, since there are only positive reviews in this section... And the section "Romantic Atmosphere" is inappropriate here! Well, judging by the way you accommodate men with women, you are probably creating that very "romantic atmosphere"... I would not recommend this hostel to families unless you buy out the entire room! Children definitely don't belong there!

I love this hostel, although we only stayed there once, but we will be back! The rooms are gorgeous, lots of free space, comfortable beds and lockers, and there is a table and two chairs in the room. The air conditioning works, and the windows are large, you can open and close them yourself. The restrooms are also wonderful, separated into men's and women's, although not on every floor, but we were lucky )). The kitchen is simply something else, very spacious, with a machine with hot and cold water. There is also a coffee machine, and some snacks and sweets that you can buy. But we didn't buy anything. The necessary utensils are available, as well as green black tea, sugar, salt, and some spices. Everything you need is there: a stove, a microwave, refrigerators, and, imagine, even cabinets where you can leave your food. The lounge area is great, lots of sofas, and the room is very large, with a TV that you can watch or play PlayStation. (We played there, very cool.) The kitchen and restroom are cleaned daily, and the bed linen is changed every five days. I'm delighted with the maids! They do their job very well. The front desk is open 24 hours, and the girls who work there are very friendly. Overall, it's not bad. Thank you for your service 😗😉

Everything was going very well at first. The two staff members at check-in were very friendly; the room was clean, there were plenty of shared bathrooms, and the common areas were very convenient. However, the next day three other Russians checked in, one of whom was extremely rude. She said she wasn't used to the air conditioning and insisted on opening the window facing the street, making a huge racket and making it impossible to sleep that night. That night, the staff couldn't handle this Russian woman and actually demanded that I either wear earplugs or leave and stay at another hotel, saying it was a shared room and I should respect others. What kind of logic is that? Shouldn't she be learning to use the air conditioning and respect others? How could the hotel's night shift staff force me to accept this just because they couldn't handle an unreasonable local? They even said that if I wasn't comfortable, I could leave and stay at another hotel. I said if they wanted me to leave, they needed to make arrangements for me. This is outrageous!

We went on a tour in St. Petersburg. Everything was great: clean sheets, a large towel. A nice, clean dining room. The restrooms and showers...we loved everything.
