ARCHShock! We booked a sauna for January 3rd in October and were looking forward to it with great anticipation! My husband, son, and I showed up with all our gear, dreaming of diving into the pool. What we saw next was shocking: the sauna was without light, cold, and damp. The pool was a dark hole at the end of the sauna, its water murky and cold. We asked where the lights were. "Oh, that's the light in the pool?" the lady said. "But it's been out for a long time!" The woman brazenly continued to sit in her chair, not even turning around. The table was dirty, and the chairs with canvas seats near the table had cold puddles in them, apparently from last year's guests. They turned on the steam room right before us, but everything was cold and dark, like a basement. They had brewed a kettle for us. Did you seriously think we'd pay 10,000 rubles? Should we stay?))) The child was incredibly upset, we left this den urgently! We regret not taking photos, we were in complete shock! ((They lied that everything was booked before us on January 3rd. And they even offered a four-hand massage before the visit)) Which was also an obvious scam, because there was no one in the basement except the lady)) We do not recommend it, it's brutal! We heard no apology.

We decided to take our 83-year-old mother to the bathhouse because we assumed it was just a regular bathhouse, not something to behold, dirty, uncomfortable, and unclear what it was. We were very disappointed.

Total unsanitary conditions and filth. It's impossible to stay there.

Grisha is a fantastic bathhouse attendant! Take a steam bath without hesitation!! It'll be amazing. The receptionist during our visit was terrible 😅 But for Grisha, it's worth going against all odds.

A wonderful place. They greeted me very warmly and organized everything. Amazing hammam, warm pool, incredible sauna. Comfortable and cozy relaxation room. I tried a sauna for the first time and really enjoyed it.
