I went with my two children and husband! And they treated us very well! The rooms and everything were very clean! Breakfast and drinks were included, and everything was available! It was truly excellent! And it's right in the city center, plus there are parking options. 10/10, thank you!

German Review – Fashion House B&B, Barcelona Warning! This hotel is an outrage and bears absolutely no resemblance to its promised standards. We booked a non-smoking room, but were greeted by a disgusting stench of stale cigarette smoke upon opening the door – it was almost unbearable. The bed linens were dirty, stained, some even with bloodstains, and the floor wasn't cleaned once during our entire stay. An old cherry pit was already lying in the middle of the room upon arrival and remained there until our departure. The Wi-Fi didn't work at all, despite being prominently advertised on the website. Towels are only changed every three days – I've never experienced anything like this in a hotel before. The bathroom reeked of mold – after just a few minutes, our throats were itchy, and we actually had to buy masks just to be able to breathe there. The receptionist was extremely rude and disrespectful. She seriously claimed that the moldy smell was "normal in Barcelona" and purely a "personal opinion." When we threatened to contact the health department, she claimed that such a thing didn't exist in Spain (!) – instead, she gave us cheap air fresheners to "solve" the problem. On the second day, the TV was suddenly broken – the screen was lying next to the stand, which had obviously snapped. When we reported this, they said: That can't be, because after the cleaning staff, "the boss himself" had been in our room (!). Why the boss entered our room without our permission remains a mystery. Then they brazenly accused us of breaking the TV ourselves, to which we replied that they should call the police. Their response: "I'm not going to call the police for something like that" – that says it all. Instead of a simple room key, we received a huge bunch of seven keys that looked like something out of the 80s. ❌ Conclusion: Stay away from this place! It was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. This B&B should be shut down. The bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and after just two minutes in there, we had throat irritation – we literally had to buy masks just to be able to breathe. The receptionist was extremely rude and told us that the mold smell was “normal for Barcelona” and a “personal opinion.” When we mentioned the health authority, she said it doesn’t exist in Spain (!), then gave us cheap fragrance sticks as a solution. On the second day, we came back and the TV was broken – the screen had fallen off and the stand was snapped. When we reported it, we were told this couldn’t have happened because “the manager had also entered the room” after the cleaner (without our permission). Then, unbelievably, they tried to blame us for breaking the TV, at which point we said: “Call the police.” The receptionist backed down immediately – probably because she knew the police would shut the place down. Instead of a room key card, we were given a huge keychain with seven different keys – completely outdated and impractical. ❌ Final verdict: Avoid this place at all costs. One of the worst accommodations I've ever stayed in. This place is a disgrace and not fit to host guests.

We stayed 4 nights at Fashion House. Unfortunately, our experience started off unpleasantly — we were charged €15 for a late check-in at 21:30, which was never mentioned in advance. The location and accessibility are truly excellent. However, the moment I entered the building, I felt uneasy and started counting the days until check-out. The building is very old, and although room cleaning was done daily (except on the last day), the overall atmosphere felt heavy and uninspiring. On our first night, the lights started turning on and off by themselves around midnight — it was genuinely frightening. In the bathroom, there was only one dispenser without any labels, so we had no idea if it was soap or shampoo. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The Wi-Fi signal was poor at first but improved a bit later. Our room had no windows, only a door opening to a balcony with colored glass, which made the space feel even more closed and dull. Also, don’t be misled by the charming antique and red-toned decor you see in the photos — that’s just the reception area. The rooms are nothing like it. While the location is fantastic, the unexpected €15 charge and the oppressive feel of the building mean I definitely would not stay here again.

room was quite small, but clean and perfect for a few nights stay. balcony, free tea and coffee, and shared fridge was a huge +. would recommend
