Coming to CheckPoint is like playing Russian roulette. Some days the service is a unique experience, you feel heard, and there's genuine dedication and interest. Other days, like today, the management, dedication, and human touch are nonexistent. Starting with the receptionist who was more interested in their phone and watching TikTok, and the nurse who, beyond asking the three basic questions, showed no interest in learning anything about a comment made. Physical health isn't the only thing that matters; mental health matters and urgently needs attention.

They held my hand during one of the hardest moments of my life. Their dedication and work are admirable. ❤️‍🩹

I went there for the test. The team was incredibly professional, welcoming, and non-judgmental. They spoke English and explained everything clearly, which made me feel safe and at ease. I’m grateful for such a supportive healthcare environment in Barcelona. Muchísimas gracias. 👏🏻

The place is very welcoming and well-located. I made an appointment because an acquaintance is connected with them and spoke very highly of the resource and the support they were offering. When I contacted them, they gave me an appointment for five weeks later, and I had high expectations. When I arrived, I explained my situation and what I thought I might need—a support group. The professional who saw me gave me very little hope in any of their services and directed me toward other resources. Honestly, it was like going from hopeful to hitting a wall. They put me on a waiting list for the groups, but it's a list of about 50 people, and it can take at least six to eight months. I hope others have better luck.

I went to the checkpoint yesterday for the first time. I found the staff to be very professional and courteous, and they were very kind in answering all my questions. They helped me by going beyond their protocol. Thank you!
