How do we know when a "yes" truly comes from within us? How do we identify and clearly express our boundaries, desires, and fears? And how do we identify, respect, and support the desires and boundaries of the people we relate to? ConTacto ConSentido is a practical somatic exploration workshop on consent, based on Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent. Through various proposals and exercises, we will explore different aspects of consensual touch, paying attention to bodily sensations and using pleasure as a guide. A dedicated space to listen to each other, to recognize what we want and don't want, to practice expressing it, and to learn to receive the boundaries of others.
