A lovely spot nestled in the forest, the room was adequate but nothing special. However, there was absolutely no soundproofing! The stairs creaked with every person walking through the hotel; you could hear conversations, toilets flushing, and everything else going on in the neighboring rooms. Definitely not worth €72 per night! We had booked for two nights and left after the first.
Charming country hotel for enjoying nature. Wonderful restaurant serving Navarrese cuisine with locally sourced products from sustainable producers.
Superb location, very unique due to its setting. The soundproofing could be improved (see below, section on rooms). However, it's worth noting that the air is so pure that everyone is asleep by 10 pm. Very friendly welcome.
Charming hotel with spectacular views, perfect accommodations, and excellent service. Everything was great; highly recommended and perfect.
A charming farmhouse nestled within an ancient forest, offering peace and tranquility, and very easy access. The room was enormous and fully equipped, the breakfast was superb—excellent coffee, delicious homemade products, and fresh orange juice. They also serve dinners with a varied and tasty menu. The owners are very friendly and helpful, explaining places you can visit. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time!
Our experience at this hotel was absolutely disappointing and, frankly, not at all recommendable. We booked a room with a jacuzzi, paying a supplement, as we were traveling as a couple and wanted to enjoy a special stay. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the supposed "jacuzzi" was for one person only, something that was never specified in the description or photos. This meant the room was completely unrealistic. We tried to resolve the issue reasonably, simply requesting a change to a room without a jacuzzi and a refund of the difference. We weren't asking for anything unreasonable. Even so, we received no solution. That evening, upon returning from exploring the area, we encountered another problem: there was no hot water. When we went down to reception to ask for help, the treatment was completely unacceptable. The staff's attitude was aggressive, defensive, and highly unprofessional. Instead of helping us, they made us feel uncomfortable, as if the problem were ours. Adding to all this was the overall condition of the room: outdated facilities, a feeling of poor cleanliness, very worn bedding, a bathrobe in deplorable condition, an extremely thin and uncomfortable mattress, and a wooden frame that creaked constantly, making it impossible to rest. After this situation, we decided to leave before spending the first night. Despite everything that happened, they refused to cancel, blaming us for a situation that clearly stemmed from a poor description of the accommodation and completely inappropriate customer service. Furthermore, after reading other reviews, we see that we are not an isolated case: there are other guests who mention the poor treatment, the state of the facilities, and the lack of professionalism. And, frankly, we wouldn't be surprised if, after this review, the establishment responds defensively and tries to discredit our version of events, as we have already seen in other comments. But the facts are what they are, and our experience was very negative. We will not return, nor do we recommend it.
