Sercotel Arenal Bilbao

The room was great, bright, with park views and direct sunlight in the morning. It was a good size and very well equipped. I was there during a hot week, so I really appreciated the air conditioning. I couldn't use the Wi-Fi due to incompatibility with my device, but the phone worked perfectly.

Highly recommended, wonderful service, perfect room, amazing sheets, incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The location is perfect!

From the moment we checked in, Sercotel Arenal Bilbao exceeded every expectation. The hotel is perfectly located at the entrance of the Casco Viejo, facing the beautiful Arenal Park and the stunning San Nicolás Church, you couldn't ask for a better address in Bilbao. The Guggenheim is a 10-15 minute walk, Mercado de la Ribera just 5-10 minutes away, and the Artxanda Funicular within easy reach. Everything you want to see and eat in Bilbao is right at your doorstep. The room was beautiful, spacious, and the view was simply spectacular. A special shoutout to Thais, who runs the breakfast area, she was absolutely outstanding. Always smiling, always attentive, always making sure everything was perfectly set and ready. She is the kind of staff member that elevates a hotel stay from good to unforgettable. Regarding parking, the hotel is located in a restricted traffic zone, but there is a paid garage just 5 minutes away under Arenal Park, with very reasonable daily rates. The hotel provides discount coupons for 10% off, which is a nice touch. Five stars without hesitation. We will be back.

The hotel itself isn't bad, but the bed is awful. The mattress seems old because it's saggy, and you wake up feeling terrible. The hairdryer (if you can even call it that) doesn't dry anything, and if you pull on it even a little, the cord just snaps off.

The stay was great, and the room was very nice, with great views and comfort. Its location is excellent; everything is within easy reach.
