I went back to La Pizarra and, honestly, I love this place more and more each time. ❤️ I already consider myself a regular, especially because I love going there to try their ribeye nigiri, which are a must for me. Yesterday, I also tried the T-bone steak for the first time and I was thrilled. Everything was delicious, as always. But this time I want to highlight something that, for me, is even more important than the food: the staff's service. Johnny has usually served me, and I have to say he's one of the best waiters I've ever met. I also work as a waitress, although at the bar and not in a restaurant, and that's precisely why I pay so much attention to these things. I love seeing his patience, his politeness, and the wonderful way he treats each customer. He has incredible patience to explain each dish, answer any questions, and even show you how to eat something if it's new to you. And there's something I find particularly noteworthy: when a problem arises with a dish, even if the mistake might have been the customer's, you never see an argument or sour faces. They simply respond with, "No problem, don't worry, I'll change it for you." And that speaks volumes about a professional. Yesterday I saw this with other tables as well, and I was especially struck by the calm and patience with which they attended to customers who had experienced several changes to their orders. Everything was resolved naturally and without making anyone feel uncomfortable. Also, yesterday I went to the terrace for the first time, and I loved it. I had always gone for dinner and been seated inside, so it was nice to discover that part of the restaurant as well. And although I had mostly worked with Johnny until now, yesterday I also noticed the other waitresses, and I have to say they were just as attentive, friendly, and professional. In the end, a restaurant is more than just what's on your plate. The food might be spectacular, the place might be beautiful, but the way they make you feel when you're there is what truly makes you want to return. And at La Pizarra, for me, that's a huge part of the experience. Thank you to the whole team, and especially to Johnny, for always serving with such patience and warmth. It's a pleasure to encounter professionals like that. ❤️

We really enjoyed the ribeye nigiri, but the wait between courses was excessive. We also ordered a "spider crab salad" that had nothing to do with spider crab; it was all crab (which wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu). I imagine the same thing will happen with the "beef" burger... I'm sorry, but we don't like being ripped off. It's a shame because it looked promising, but in the end, it was a disappointment.

We had dinner from the Aste Nagusia menu, everything was delicious, and the staff were lovely. We'll definitely be back.
