What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the venue's atmosphere and some mention good service, with specific staff members like Charlie and Eva receiving positive mentions. However, a significant complaint involves rude staff behavior, with multiple accounts of customers being yelled at and kicked out, sometimes after long waits for tables, and issues with communication for non-Spanish speakers.

Cool place...right on the main square. Very mixed, pleasant crowd...uncomplicated + prices are okay.

I went to eat with my partner and they treated us like dogs. And honestly, it was a pleasure because we're Therians and that's how we felt. From the very first minute, they gave us a bowl of water and didn't charge us for it. The other customers were also very kind and gave us some treats that we enjoyed immensely. Although it was a bit embarrassing at first, as everyone wanted to pet us, in the end it turned out to be a fantastic experience and we'll definitely be back. They made us feel like we were back in our 3x3 meter wooden doghouse where we spend spring, summer, autumn, and winter afternoons barking, rolling in the mud, and barking at the cats that try to invade our peace.

We waited over 30 minutes for a table, and when one finally became available, a short employee working Saturday night (a woman who was repulsive on the outside and rotten on the inside) slapped us in the face, yelled at us, and kicked us out. We were waiting with our 10-year-old, blind, and very docile dog, and we needed to secure a seat before ordering drinks for his well-being. This woman rudely denied us the table to give it to a group of heterosexual women who arrived much later than we did. They seemed to be there simply to observe the local community as if it were a spectacle or a zoo, treating us like curiosities rather than people. We are regular customers on weeknights, but what happened this weekend has convinced us never to return. It's deplorable that they prefer to displace regular customers to prioritize tourists who don't respect the essence of the place. The service was terrible and a complete farce. Don't go here, the service sucks.

Make sure you talk to the servers before sitting down otherwise they yell at you and then kick you out even if you wait 30 minutes for a table to open up. Everyone sees others grabbing tables and if they dont like you, they kick you out. She kicked two customers out of their tables, arguable due to the fact that she's just a bitter person- not even asking what the proper method of getting a table or asking them anything without them waving their hands in front of your face, rudely. Inclusive? No. Sexist? Yes. She clearly saw me, my husband, and dog (look at her comment below,) waiting a long time and still treated us poorly. Also, she clearly has the time to leave deranged comments on maps, so that should be indicative of what to expect. Grow up, do, and be better.

Didn’t really order anything to eat but 4 stars for limited option of beers. Full marks for atmosphere.
