Hotel Sundos Feria Valencia

Friendly staff. Everything was quite clean. The only downside was the noise from the bar downstairs, which we understand is unrelated to the hotel. The TV signal isn't great, but you can watch Netflix. The room door is made of glass, which offers little privacy or security. There's a metro stop nearby that connects you to the whole city. Free parking is easy.

It's an old hotel. The beds are cots and the floor wasn't perfectly clean. The location is far from the city center, but bus number 62 passes nearby and runs 24 hours a day. It costs €2 per person and you can pay by card. The hotel staff is friendly.

A decent two-star hotel, it desperately needs a renovation, but at least everything was fairly clean. If you're going to a trade fair, the location is fantastic.

My experience at this hotel left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the receptionist failed to explain any important details about how the hotel operates. For example, they didn't inform guests that they had to leave their key in the door for room cleaning, a basic requirement that any guest should know from the outset. Because of this lack of information, my room wasn't cleaned, and I had to waste time going downstairs to ask. Customer service urgently needs improvement; a little respect and communication would make a huge difference.

I don't recommend it. The facilities are a bit outdated, and the room doesn't have a window to the outside. The worst thing about the hotel is the noise; it's next to a pub where there's a lot of noise and even fights. You can't get a good night's sleep.
