The rooms are quite nice, but the cleaning staff misled me, saying the rooms are cleaned every 8 days. I asked at reception and it's not every 3 days, so I had to file a complaint. They came up and instead of cleaning, they only changed the towels. You're supposed to get 3 sets of towels, but they only provided 2. Another complaint: the cafeteria is only open from 10 am to 2 pm, and there are no bars in the area. The location is very quiet, which I like, but only one bus passes by the door, and 2000 euros for 10 days seems outrageous for how little they offer.

Brand new, high-quality apartments. Completely furnished with everything you need. 100% recommended. Ample parking nearby, right in front of the Feria Valencia building.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I want to make it very clear that this review is not directed at the staff working on the ground, but at the hotel management and leadership. I do not expect staff to “jump around guests” or provide excessive personal attention — I only expect basic availability, functionality, and a properly organized system where help is available when needed. Unfortunately, that was not the case. From the very beginning, issues were constant. The apartment was not properly prepared for the number of guests in the reservation, towels were missing, and we found dust in the cupboards, cigarette butts and ash on the terrace, and dirty dishes in the kitchen cabinets. Throughout the entire stay, the room was not cleaned, trash was not taken out, and on the last day we even ran out of toilet paper. Internal communication and organization between departments clearly do not function properly. A breakfast reservation was not recorded in the restaurant system, which resulted in unnecessary confusion and having to pay a higher price (later refunded). The elevators were extremely slow, often requiring up to 10 minutes of waiting, and coffee and drink machines were frequently out of order, meaning that at times there were not even basic refreshments available in the hotel. A particularly bad experience was the nighttime noise — from approximately 2 AM to 6 AM there was loud shouting, slamming doors, and general disturbance. The hotel’s response after reporting the issue was slow and ineffective. It is also surprising that a hotel receiving international guests does not have properly organized English communication. This is not an issue with individual employees, but with management that has not ensured proper systems, training, and operational standards. Additionally, at check-out we were told by the receptionist that we could simply leave the hotel without any further procedure. About an hour later, we received a message asking whether we had completed the online check-out. This contradictory and inconsistent communication further reflects the lack of proper internal procedures and organization. Overall, the impression is of a hotel with poor management and lack of control over basic operations. The issue is not individuals, but the system itself. I cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The hotel is completely smart, which is absolutely perfect. It's located a bit outside the main area, but the bus stop (62) is right outside...for both departures and arrivals. However, it still takes 20 minutes to get to the heart of things. It's not for everyone. 🤷🏼‍♀️

After being trapped in the elevator for half an hour, I encountered Maria, the receptionist, chatting and laughing, ignoring our repeated calls for help and, of course, offering no apology whatsoever. Not content with that, she couldn't even print a complaint form. It's worth noting that we called the hotel and they told us "PERFECT"—their exact words—without offering the slightest solution. We had to call the emergency technicians ourselves, and they didn't even tell the technician where we were. Deplorable service and attention, especially in an emergency.
