Axel Hotel Valencia

Our stay was wonderful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and meticulously cared for in every detail. Davide handled our check-in, and during our two-day stay, he was extremely kind and always ready to answer all our questions. His attentiveness, professionalism, and friendliness made our experience even better. He undoubtedly contributed to making our stay unforgettable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with excellent quality products. Everything was delicious, and the care put into every detail was evident. I don't remember the exact name of the person who prepared our hot drinks each morning, but I think it was Alejandra. We also want to highlight her kindness and attentiveness, as she always served us with a smile and helped us start our day in the best possible way. Without a doubt, it's a place we would gladly return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant and high-quality stay.

The location in the old town, close to many sights, is excellent. Breakfast was also very good, leaving little to be desired. The room was quite cramped with limited storage space for suitcases and belongings for a week. The washbasin was impractical: squeezed in and with a tap that was difficult to control. Even worse were the drastic temperature fluctuations in the shower, resulting in unintentional contrast showers. The rooftop terrace offered a fantastic panoramic view and a small pool. Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the loungers, and it was somewhat neglected, even though the hotel only opened a few months ago. Due to its size, the spa area required an appointment. The staff was very friendly! We paid just over €200 per night, including breakfast.

Perfect stay ! location is premium and the hotel is brand new and very nice. The service was also very professional and friendly. The gym is a bit small but it's not a big issue. The bath in the rooftop is great to enjoy the nice view. Thanks !

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Axel Valencia. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and stylishly decorated, with a colorful and vibrant atmosphere that makes the hotel feel warm and inviting. What impressed us most was the exceptional staff. Everyone works with a smile and goes out of their way to make guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you goes to Davide at the reception. My girlfriend and I wanted to visit a hairdresser, and despite the short notice, Davide did everything he could to arrange an appointment for us on the very same day. That level of dedication and personal service is something you don’t come across every day. The combination of comfortable rooms, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding customer service made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend Hotel Axel Valencia to anyone visiting Valencia. A real gem and definitely worth a stay!

The breakfast and rooms were excellent. The manager, Daniel, was very friendly and gave us great advice on what to visit. The waiters and reception staff were perfect. The best of the Axel chain hotels.

Our stay has been amazing. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff gave us a great welcome and service throughout our stay. Alejander welcomed us each morning for a fabulous breakfast with a warm smile and attentive service and this was the theme throughout our stay. The staff were all amazing. It looks like a really good hotel, but the service itself gave me a bad feeling. I went to ask about availability and prices, and the guy literally told me, "Send me an email." Hit refresh; maybe it'll take me a minute to send it...

Beautiful new hotel. Rooms on the smaller side, shower felt cramped. Great location, quiet corner but minutes from many shops, bars and restaurants.

Very charming hotel. The staff are super kind. The woman serving cocktails and singing in the bar is amazing. My only tiny issue with the room is that the knob/hooks to hang the towels are too small. The towels always fall to the floor, never drying. Easy fix.
