Unfortunately, the experience was not satisfactory. The cleanliness was poor, and there was a cockroach infestation throughout the property. Most disappointingly, when I reported the problem to reception, the only response I received was a simple "ok," with no apparent interest or intention to resolve the situation. I would not recommend this accommodation.

Great location right in the Old Town, with everything within walking distance. The room was very clean, and everything inside looked new and modern. However, the room was extremely small.. there wasn’t even a single chair. The walls were also very thin, so you could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.

Hello, I have several complaints. The price is quite high for one night, and on top of that, we had several problems during our weekend stay. We found several cockroaches in the kitchen, inside the coffee maker. My mother made a coffee and a cockroach appeared floating in it the same night we arrived, tired from an hour-long trip. We arrived to enjoy ourselves, and first we found that. Then we found another cockroach in the refrigerator and cockroach eggs all over the kitchen drawers and cupboards. There was also a cockroach trapped inside the microwave door. In addition, we couldn't use the microwave because the cord was burnt and it was dangerous to plug it in. In the room where I slept, the ceiling had damp patches. The bathroom was quite small; you could barely move or relax with a nice bath. For the price for one night, I really regret booking this house. We left feeling very sad. We told the receptionist, and she said they would supposedly fix it, but she didn't give us anything for the inconvenience.

We left this hostel today, and after paying for what was supposedly a "junior suite," it left much to be desired. We booked three nights, and in those three days, they didn't even change the bathroom towels. We reported it at reception, and they said they would bring them up. But today we left the hostel, and as if we were expecting clean towels, no one ever provided them. It's unbelievable that they advertise certain services and then fail to provide them. Besides the noise the bathroom makes every time the light is turned on, you can hear absolutely everything from every other room, making it impossible to rest at all. In my experience, it doesn't offer the services advertised on their website, and I wouldn't stay there again!
