Fantastic hotel, really enjoyed my stay :)

We booked a 4-star hotel through Booking.com, but upon arrival, it was a 3-star. The bathroom was small, lacked an extractor fan, and the glass fogged up. The sink didn't drain properly, and there was no bidet. The mattresses and pillows were uncomfortable and not very breathable. Rooms 401 and 402 were directly opposite each other and very close together; we could hear the guest next door on the phone perfectly, and the person on the other end could hear them too. The magnets on the wardrobes were loose. The cleanliness and location were good.
