An authentic experience, right in the heart of the old town. The hotel has a fun theme and the staff is wonderful. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in the door. The teamwork is evident.

An Authentic Experience! My family fell in love with this hotel. The Alhambra is one of the best, or perhaps the best, monuments to visit; but what can I say about the hotel and its staff? Everyone was so lovely; they treated us like family with countless tips! Thank you Carmen Helena Maya Daniel

Convenient for walking around and the rooms are spacious, but it's not really what it advertises to be (boutique hotel, 4*). It's a very average 3* city hotel. DO NOT DRIVE HERE. They send instructions, but it's a nightmare to drive in the area around the hotel so just don't. Park near El Corte Ingles and walk. Our room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom, breakfast was not good (the selection was meh and nothing tasted good), and the staff taking care of the breakfast area was SO LOUD. They would come with a large trolley every 5 min to tidy, and click clack the plates and the cutlery so loudly you could barely hear each other. I'm not sure what there is to tidy so frequently and so loudly in such a small area. Reception staff were not very helpful when asked questions beyond how to get to Alhambra. They seemed to not know very much. The roof terrace was nice through, especially at sunset - points to the hotel for that.

Excellent, perfect room, central location. I recommend parking outside the city center; I used a car park and the taxi to the hotel was €5, well worth it. The staff service was exemplary, wonderful.

Great experience, everything was very welcoming. Dani especially was a delight! We'll be back!

every day room service, free breakfast (mainly hot drinks, eggs, toast, and other basics), great staff (i’d recommend being a spanish speaker to check in), rooms have good lighting. only issue is the shower gets water everywhere because of the pane of glass not extending far enough

Hotel super central. The inspection was done by Daniel, very professional, empathetic and available. All the reception staff is 5*. The room is excellent. And above all it is immaculately clean, something that I, personally, value. The breakfast is great and varied and the staff (Carmen...) is incredible. It has a rooftop with a breathtaking view. We will definitely repeat. We loved it!!!!!!

We received a very warm welcome; thank you to Marina for being so kind and speaking French to help us settle in. The location is excellent and in a quiet neighborhood. The terrace offers a lovely view of the city and is pleasant in the evening. The only downside was that our room opened directly onto the breakfast patio, so it was quite noisy from 8 am onwards.

Great room, hotel and service in a perfect location a few minutes from the main square and the cathedral. A big plus is the terrace on the roof, where you can drink coffee (1.5 eur) or juice (2 eur), which you can pick up at the reception.
