I give it 5 stars because of how welcoming this hotel is and how impeccably clean everything was. Although we only stayed two days, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the staff attentive, and the facilities are meticulously maintained. Without a doubt, a fantastic experience that we would repeat. Highly recommended!
I was very satisfied with my stay. From the moment I arrived, it was clear they pay close attention to detail, but what impressed me most was the cleanliness of the room. Everything was spotless: the bathroom, the sheets, the towels, and the rest of the room all felt impeccably maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive at all times, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing. Without a doubt, it's a place I would return to and would recommend to anyone who values comfort and, above all, cleanliness.
A 10/10 place, both for the location and the staff. Beatriz and her colleagues were wonderful and friendly, they gave us spectacular service, we will definitely return.
Lovely hotel, very nice and clean room! The bed was very comfortable for sleeping and the staff were all very attentive! Thank you! I will definitely return.
The overall experience with this hotel is terrible, exacerbated by the final straw of booking me into a fraudulent taxi (associated with the hotel) that didn’t use the meter, and simply tried to charge me an astonishing rate for the ride. Let’s start with the good: hotel looked as advertised, and the staff are generally nice. Good advice on dining options. And the location is central. The terrible: 1. Fraudulent taxi service, friends with the hotel that didn’t meter and tried to over charge 20 EUR on top of the normal 30 EUR rate. The taxi driver told me that’s what’s been agreed with the hotel!!!!!!!!!! Complete scam without metering! This was not told to me at the time of booking the taxi. 2. The bed is very short in length. I’m very petite in size and still my toes were at the edge of the bed. Not very comfortable. 3. The shower is cold after a 9min shower. 4. The slow drain in the shower along with the flat flooring means that after each shower, the bathroom is completely flooded. 5. The ground floor accessible room - not described as such, but remember the ground floor room next to the reception, isn’t quiet or private. Every time someone enters the main gate after 10.00pm, you’ll hear the loud closure of the heavy doors. And this could continue till early hours in the morning. And even voices can be heard loud and clear, waking even heavy sleepers. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, had I known any of the above. So I really hope this helps someone else with their selection in Granada.
I was surprised by how beautiful the interior was and everything.
The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff's attention and friendliness are outstanding. I had a very pleasant two-night stay. I highly recommend it.
