This year will probably be my 20th visit to this hotel, and this time I'm truly delighted. A lot has been renovated and updated, the rooms are spotless, and we had a very, very friendly and helpful receptionist. Eloy ensured a quick check-in and assigned us a wonderful room. We are so grateful to Eloy for his outstanding service! Since checking in with Eloy, we've been enjoying a wonderful holiday with fantastic buffet food (now very healthy with many vegetarian and vegan options!), a beautifully landscaped pool area, and a prime location for all activities on Ibiza. Wonderful to be back! :) Thank you, Vibra Hotel Group!

The staff, especially Marta and Antonio, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist with a smile. Excellent service and a great overall experience. Highly recommended!
