My husband and I stayed for six nights and I can only say good things about the hotel. The location, the room, the views, the pools, and all the amenities are spectacular. Not to mention the staff, who were incredibly attentive and friendly. Without a doubt, when I return to Ibiza, I will stay at this wonderful hotel again.

Simply spectacular. An incredible buffet breakfast: coffee area from the simplest to the most elaborate, tea area, healthy area (brutal juices and smoothies) and pastry area and churros with chocolate, all delicious. You can't miss the restaurant, very high quality cuisine with a very good value for money and a very complete menu. Swimming pool, sun loungers and sea views, total relaxation with very natural and very good quality cocktails, personally the sangrias, both cava and wine, are delicious. Good location to explore the island. Very attentive staff, one of the best hotels I've been to

Room/beds dirty and, depending on the room, unbearably noisy. Stay as a layover between two flight days (pilot crew). Price for one night, June 11th/12th: a hefty €360. The room was advertised as an upgrade to a sea view at check-in. Second floor. The furnishings were substandard, the floor was warped everywhere, two of the four lamps didn't work, making the room very dark in the evenings. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, with small piles of it accumulating in the corners, and some of the tile grout was moldy. The beds were dirty (hair, crumbs between the duvet and sheets), and the floor was also dirty, which was unpleasantly noticeable when walking barefoot. The bed was immediately remade after a complaint at check-in. So, good service. From 10 pm onwards, there was unbearably loud furniture moving in the restaurant one floor above. At midnight, I went to reception in frustration to ask for a quieter room. I was moved to the 5th floor without any discussion. So, thanks again; it seems they are aware of the many shortcomings. This room was much more visually appealing, but unfortunately, the air conditioning only works with a motion sensor, meaning it was 26 degrees Celsius in the room when I arrived at night. Nevertheless, I was finally able to sleep and started a new day of flying at 7 this morning. After showering, the shower head wouldn't stop running and made a loud gurgling noise; luckily, I didn't notice it late last night. The breakfast in the restaurant on level 1 was very good! The location is very good for people who want to go into town. Our company recommends this hotel for crews. I stayed there for the first time and certainly for the last. If you don't want to drink or party in any way, but simply want to sleep well and rest in a clean, fresh environment, this hotel is the wrong place. I will book different accommodation on our next trip to Ibiza and give the company appropriate feedback. There are certainly better offers for that price.

Fantastic, very well-maintained pool area with palm trees, a bar, music, etc. Amazing breakfast, like in a 5-star hotel. Very central location to Ibiza Town. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room smelled of many different odors. However, since we could sleep with the window open, this wasn't a problem. It would be very bothersome in the height of summer, though.

If you want to be close to the city, the location is ideal. It can be noisy at night.

A 4-star hotel on paper. I'd say more like 3.5 stars. The room was very small and didn't smell very nice. No frills in the bathroom. Just the bare minimum of shower products, and they were poor quality. Bring your own. The pool was very nice, with a small wading pool. The staff were friendly. For 190 euros a day, the room was... meh.
