Our stay at this hotel was the most disgusting hotel experience we have ever had. Sleeping was nearly impossible for the five to six nights we spent there, as we were constantly squeamish and itchy all over. To be clear: we traveled directly from Germany and definitely didn't bring anything with us – the problem lies solely with this hotel! The problems started on day two: while choosing an outfit, I discovered a tiny millipede right in my open bag. Shocked, I examined everything and found up to three more on the table. The absolute nightmare followed that evening: when I went to bed and pulled the tucked-in duvet out of the mattress, more and more millipedes emerged. The problem clearly originated from the mattress. My girlfriend found the exact same thing in her bed. The next morning, I reported the incident to reception. The employee's response was more than unsatisfactory. To the lame excuse that the room was being cleaned that day and a different cleaner was on duty, I pointed out that it had been cleaned the day before. When we returned to the room that evening, the ceiling was stuck again. We freed it once more—and once more centipedes swarmed out. Since it was already midnight, the reception was unfortunately closed. The following morning, we had to rush, so I couldn't report the incident again until later. The employee apologized and promised to speak with the manager. However, when we returned that evening, the hotel didn't address the issue at all. Only after I inquired again with a receptionist was I told that it was "not a hygiene problem, but an environmental insect problem." The only solution offered was another cleaning. They said they would only consider what to do if the problem recurred and perhaps offer us a different room—and this was two days before our departure! Changing rooms at that point would have made little sense, especially since, according to the lady, the entire hotel seemed to be affected. To make matters worse, on that very same day I discovered a completely different kind of bug at the head of my freshly made mattress, which I strongly suspect was a bed bug (I've attached pictures of the insects to this review). In conclusion: The way this massive infestation was handled was absolutely unprofessional and outrageous. The hotel should have offered a room change immediately on the first day instead of leaving the guest to sleep surrounded by vermin. Anyone who values hygiene and a restful sleep should definitely avoid this hotel!

Our experience, being our first time, was unfortunately not good at all. The hotel is in a very good location and the rooms are quite decent. Aside from that, we had the bad luck that night of having some rowdy neighbors right next door who didn't know how to behave in society and had no respect for other people's rest. At 6 a.m. they were still partying and shouting, and the worst part is that this hotel doesn't have night security; they close the door and it's left unattended... So you can't complain to anyone. The strangest thing, as an aside, is that in the morning when we went down to reception to return the key, the guy there had the typical look of someone who hadn't slept a wink all night... and his voice and accent sounded familiar. In short, the conclusion I've come to is that it's better to stay a little further away and walk to the center, but you'll be better off without worrying about your health.

It's a very comfortable hotel. The rooms have a refrigerator, TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a balcony. The rooms are very nice. It's very close to the city center.
