The place is great, the atmosphere is unbeatable, and the music is super cool. And the cloakroom guy is so nice that we're all going to come back just for him. 10/10

After waiting in line for quite some time, watching people dressed in all sorts of clothing (including costumes and clearly informal attire) being let in, when it was finally our turn to enter, we were told that we “didn’t meet the dress code.” The worst part wasn’t the refusal, but the lack of respect and professionalism. The doorman saw us from the start, kept us waiting unnecessarily, and only when we were practically at the entrance did he decide to tell us something he could have clarified from the very beginning. The feeling is one of total arbitrariness: the rules seem to be applied according to the person’s mood at the time or simply depending on who they happen to be serving. If you go, be aware that you could waste time, money, and your entire evening due to terrible management and inconsistent criteria. There are many places where they know how to treat people with courtesy and a modicum of common sense. This doesn’t seem to be one of them.

The staff at the front desk leave much to be desired, and at the same time, they demand a protocol they don't follow. This applies to almost everyone in the establishment. It's a real mess; I wouldn't recommend it, guys.
