I had a pleasant stay at AC Aitana in Madrid. The location is very convenient, especially for business purposes, with good connections and everything you need nearby. The hotel offers a comfortable and professional atmosphere, making it well-suited for a business trip. Everything was smooth and efficient throughout my stay. Overall, a solid choice for anyone traveling to Madrid for work. I would definitely consider staying here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at AC Hotel Aitana, and unfortunately, it did not meet even basic expectations—especially for a Marriott property. To begin with, the **basic in-room amenities were inadequate**. There were no water bottles provided in the room, and even upon request, it was extremely difficult to get something as basic as drinking water. This is a fundamental service that should not require repeated follow-ups. The **front desk experience was particularly concerning**. One of the reception staff members, “Manuel” (bearded), was unprofessional and dismissive. Despite clearly understanding and speaking English, he repeatedly redirected us to another receptionist who struggled with English, unnecessarily complicating simple interactions. He also appeared deliberately occupied even when he was not, avoiding assisting us directly. This behavior felt disrespectful and, at times, discriminatory in tone. Additionally, we were given **incorrect information regarding baggage storage**. Manuel explicitly confirmed that the hotel could store our luggage for two days while we traveled to Seville. However, on the day of checkout, we were suddenly told this was not possible. This last-minute reversal caused significant inconvenience and forced us to carry all our luggage during our trip. Had we been informed correctly upfront, we could have planned accordingly. The **service overall was extremely slow and inefficient**. At breakfast, the experience was particularly frustrating. The buffet had very limited options, and additional items had to be ordered separately. It would take around 15 minutes for an attendant to even come to the table, and nearly 45 minutes for food to arrive. This is far from acceptable for a hotel of this category. Speaking of breakfast, as a **Marriott Platinum Elite member**, I expected standard benefits such as complimentary breakfast and lounge access. However, none of these benefits were offered or even acknowledged, which was surprising and disappointing. There were also instances where another senior receptionist displayed dismissive behavior, including sarcastic expressions while interacting with us, which further added to the negative experience. Overall, this stay was marked by **poor service, lack of basic amenities, miscommunication, and unprofessional front desk behavior**. This is not the level of hospitality one expects from a Marriott-affiliated hotel. I would not recommend this property and strongly suggest management reviews both service standards and staff training.

Centrally located in Madrid's business center (Cuzco) this compact, friendly, very bilingual hotel offers all the expected amenities for the price point. Hotel is quiet despite being just off one of Madrid's busiest and most bustling streets. You are also convenient to Metro stop, Real Madrid's Stadium Bernabeu and multiple restaurants. This has become my go to hotel in Madrid.

Our sincerest thanks to Rocio Barroso and his entire team. On Monday 28, due to the blackout there was not a single place in Madrid to stay. After pilgrimaging more than 4 hours from hotel to hotel, AC Aitana deployed the human side of this quasi-apocalyptic situation and let us sit and rest leaving aside that we were not guests staying. Finally we were able to occupy two rooms. The Valladolid group thank you ROCIO. THANK YOU for your professionalism but above all for your humanity. Congratulations to the rest of your team. They knew how to choose with you. We'll be back.

We went to see a Real Madrid game, the hotel is very close to the stadium, the spacious room and the very comfortable bed, it was all very clean. We weren't very convinced by the breakfast, as part of it is ordered from carte , and even though everything is very good, it takes longer to have breakfast

We highly recommend this hotel located in an excellent area. To highlight the spaciousness in the upper rooms with views of the Castilian , soundproofing, cleaning and silence. Lobby and bar fantastic. Very complete breakfast, the team attentive at all times, with excellent treatment and attention. No doubt to repeat.

The staff was excellent, the rooms spacious, the bathroom with shower and bidet, the very comfortable and large bed with plug in bedside tables, excellent TV and with availability of free coffee machine, free WiFi very operational. Breakfast with mixed service which makes it spectacular because it has buffet and à la carte request that has on the table with bell ring. There is always a taxi at the door of the hotel with two metro stops nearby. Come without asking your room to take two bottles of water. Highly recommended hotel with a pleasant impression.

Bonvoy Ambassador member in town to see Real Madrid. Was upgraded due to my Bonvoy status. Perfect hotel if you’re headed to the stadium, only a few minutes walk away. Overall a pretty decent hotel with a nice lobby and lounge/bar area. Rooms were well kept. Can’t ask for more than that on a one nighter. Front desk staff was friendly and the coffee on the lobby was pretty good.

The beds are comfortable and the staff are very helpful. I found the room on the small side and the bathroom dated. The location is wonderful especially if you are taking in a Real Madrid match. Very convenient and certainly passable. The bar staff are terrific company for a Real Match because your room television won't show the game.
