AC Hotel Aitana

Would absolutely recommend this hotel, was such a pleasure staying here and very close to the bernabau which was the main reason for the stay. Would highly suggest booking here, we loved it!

Very nice rooms, perfect location near the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, with excellent public transport links to the city center and the airport. The breakfast service leaves much to be desired: there's no room service, and you can't order à la carte in the restaurant. In short, a fixed price of €25 for a coffee, a yogurt, and a small bread roll with jam. What a shame!

Great go-to hotel in Madrid, Spain, as it it close to the all businesses. Not fully part of the Marriott chain as you cannot get upgrades, but that's a small price to pay.

This would be my second review of AC Aitana. I' ve been staying in this hotel since 2018 at least once a year. I still like it very much for all the reasons I mentioned in my previous review. The colors, the wooden floors and the smell are still very pleasant to me. I have to comment on the staff. The service provided by a particular gentleman in breakfast and dinner is excellent that is why is commendable. His name is Bryan. The receptionist Iria is also very considerate, kind and helpful. Some things to be considered by the hotel management: - The reservation system. Prices are not always consistent between the site and the reservations dept when I call directly. - It is time for a renovation.
