via Stay22About this place Sauna Center
This gay sauna at Cuesta de Santo Domingo in Madrid is one of Europe's biggest, a place for relaxing, socializing, or just getting away from the city for a bit. It’s open 24/7, so you can go whenever, whether you're a night owl or prefer a quiet afternoon.
You get a dry sauna, a dance floor, and a bar all in one building. That means you can switch things up during your visit. If you want a bit of alone time, there are over 100 private cabins. And for something more intimate, there’s a dark room.
As a big gay sauna in Madrid, it’s part of the city’s larger LGBTQ+ scene, which is pretty open and has a busy gay nightlife. If you’re on your own, with friends, or just want to meet people in a chill setting, this spot in the center of town does the traditional gay sauna thing, but with enough space and amenities for a lot of people. It’s also handy for getting to other Madrid sights and hotels.

It's kinkier than the bigger ones and cheaper; it's open 24/7 and always busy, plus it's in a great location (Malasaña/Chueca). Ideal for ending the night with a lot of fun.
0/5 Οne of the worst experiences in a sauna. I have been to a plenty of saunas all over the world. The person working at the entrance when i asked him if there are people in the sauna she nodded me positively saying yes. It was Friday 6 June 2026, 23.00 in a very old but big installation with very old installation and really out of date, i realized that there were just 3 persons and 1 one drinking in the bar. After 5 minutes i left without using any of the installations and i asked the person at the entrance to give me back 17 euros of entrance because he told me lies, he started yieling in an extremely impolite, unprofessional and rude way and he didn't give me back money claiming that there were 14 persons. At any case i would like to spotlight that i am coming to your country travelling, accommodating and spending money to sightseeings and of course if that is the level of professionalism in that place,I highly reccommend of not visiting such a place.
Empty on a Saturday night
The worst sauna I've ever been to. The facilities are awful, there are hardly any people, the sauna isn't even hot, and there are no condoms. Be warned, the recent reviews are terrible, and unfortunately, I had the misfortune of experiencing it firsthand.
The best sauna in Madrid, great atmosphere, although they're a bit strict about cleaning. I usually go every now and then, although the last time they stole everything from my locker. They say that the Romanian guy, a certain Daniel, who lives there and has copies of all the lockers, has already been reported but they keep letting him in.
The experience was terrifying. On May 9th, in the early morning, the person I was having sex with stole my locker key. While I was distracted, they gave it to someone else who forcibly removed my belongings from the locker. They literally left me with only my shoes and socks. The sauna staff practically abandoned me and did nothing. They didn't call the police or even offer me a phone number to do so. Keep in mind that I was extremely nervous. Being naked with only shoes, 5 km from your home, is not a pleasant experience. I had to beg them for some clothes. A t-shirt and sweatpants were all they gave me. I told them who the thieves were, but they ignored me. The thieves roamed freely around the sauna because they knew nothing would happen to them. It was a traumatic and criminal experience, exploiting the victim's anxiety and the indifference of the staff who do nothing to help the customer.
