I have never been in such a dirty bar/sauna. Sauna is ok, showers had only cold water. Jacuzzi was disgusting, watter smelled bad and had wierd color, probably they don't use chlorine, surrounding floor was full of dirt and trash as floor everywhere basically. Cabins downstairs are just occupied by people to take drugs and enjoying beeing high, no sex or action is happening there but that's ok since it's not fully sauna but bar as well. People are also smoking downstairs but no-one cares. There was lying person on the bed the whole time during my visit without movement probably unconscious but no-one cared if he's alive. Local worker was cleaning showers for 20 minutes, so I couldn't shower and clean myself after sauna, half of the time he was chatting with someone or looking in his phone and after those 20 minutes, there was still trash and dirt in the shower so his work was for nothing. This place feels like it was never cleaned since the start.

I had a fun time at this Sauna. They had like 4 different dark rooms and a good amount of private rooms. I did notice that as the night went on several rooms started to get dirty with empty cans and paper towels and such, but this is really due to dirty customers and not the sauna. The sauna does look a little dated, but overall I enjoyed the night there and the drinks were also well priced.

Terrible. It was empty on a Friday night. Wasted my money going there.

I don't get the negative reviews - sure there were groups of friends hanging out but there was also a ton of sexy men roaming around looking for fun. The place is big and really had something for everyone.

The place has improved over the years and is very good in every way. But it has the same problem as the one on Valverde Street: the showers are always cold, which is unacceptable for people like me who go at 8 or 9 in the morning to stay for two or three hours. Having to shower with cold water has already given me a few colds. Not having hot and cold water in a sauna is unforgivable. No matter how many people there are or how much hot water they use, it has to be available at all times. If it's open 24 hours, they'll have to implement other systems. Everything has a solution, and it's good that they charge for it at the entrance. Perhaps others who practically live there take better advantage of it, but that's not my case. Take note.

Hello, can I be naked all the time?

The place is very nice and all, but every time I needed something from my locker it was nearly impossible to reach it because of the people blocking the way. The sauna is large and there's plenty of space, so they should focus on the locker area. Otherwise, everything was fine.

As I'm writing this review (March 12, 21:30), Google says the sauna is open. I rang the doorbell for at least a minute, but the door was locked and no one answered. Very disappointing, especially since it was my last day in Madrid.

There is no security; the person in charge of security doesn't care about what's happening and isn't concerned about the safety of the customers.

The place is huge, with many different areas. But it's poorly managed. Unfortunately, the showers don't have hot water, the steam room is so hot you can't even get in, and the dry sauna is okay but small. The whirlpool only fits three people. Entry and drinks are paid for at a machine (which leads to poor customer service). Most of the patrons are young people using drugs. It's wrong to allow cell phones in such a private place; there were young people using phones everywhere. It's not very clean. It's not a place frequented by older people; it's for those under 35. Entry costs 20 euros. It's not worth it. Not recommended.

A place where hygiene and basic manners are sorely lacking, the staff are rude and despotic. The place smells awful, and the fact that they allow people to abuse substances is truly appalling.

Saturday afternoon and evening: groups of kids drinking heavily and fooling around. I don't know what it's like at other times, and I don't plan to find out anytime soon.
