It has no parking, it's expensive, and the price-to-service ratio is poor. It's the most centrally located hotel in Malaga, but it still has the problem of renting an apartment if you're traveling by car, and it's not cheap. From my humble perspective, it's one of the businesses that suffers the most from the new procession routes during Holy Week in Malaga. I maintain that the new route doesn't benefit this hotel. I think it's under new management, but I must say that the service our family has received is excellent. We've been using the same room for the first four days of Holy Week for many years—I'm not sure if it's been 30 years already—and the service is always very good. Actually, I haven't been there during those days; I've just passed by, and at this time of year, even Calle Larios doesn't seem like the main street of Malaga. My goodness, Malaga is in a bad way.

Absolutely 5 star service! Every receptionist has been extremely polite, helpful and kind. We came 5 hours before check in. Unfortunately, the room was not ready but we were allowed to stay in the tv lounge area to sleep. The room is big for 2 people, very cute bedroom and the separate bed are big and comfortable. The cleaning staff speaks very little English but extremely polite and lovely!!! They cleaned our rooms quickly and everything was spotless. We didn’t have breakfast so not sure how the food was. I wish they offered room service. I will definitely come back :)

We visited the hotel rooftop for an aperitif. The view is incredible, great panorama, comfortable atmosphere, good drinks, super affordable prices, excellent music selection, we could easily chat without being overwhelmed by the music. Highly recommended compared to the crowds at the bars downtown.
