ELLA International Lesbian Festival

ELLA, a festival for lesbian, bisexual, trans, and queer women and non-binary people, takes over Mallorca for a week. It's run by the non-profit ELLA Global Community, which also hosts winter and international editions. Women from over 40 countries show up.

Most of the action happens in Palma, with trips to other parts of the island. You can catch ELLA Talks with activists, film screenings - in 2026, they were at CineCiutat - and music events. There are also boat and beach outings, community meetups, and it all kicks off with a rooftop party at the Palau de Congressos.

Tickets are sold per event or as festival packs through Ticket Tailor, with a discount for Mallorca residents.
Late August is peak season, so don't wait to book your flights and rooms.
The 2026 edition ran from 27 August to 4 September.
Next year's festival is already on sale: 26 August to 3 September 2027.
