Great product, everything's great.

Some restaurants know how to serve food, but others understand style, class, and the art of hospitality. Komokieras unquestionably belongs to the latter. From the moment you arrive, it’s immediately clear that every detail here has been considered with care and impeccable taste. Everything is simply at the level it should be. The tableware is immaculately clean, the presentation refined, and remarkably, this was the only restaurant we visited in Sitges where proper fish knives were served with the fish. A small detail, perhaps — but true excellence is often revealed in the smallest details. We had the privilege of being looked after by Franc, the owner, who is a remarkable host and clearly understands the art of welcoming guests. His warmth, knowledge, and effortless sense of hospitality made the evening particularly memorable. The wine selection is superb. And the food… the food deserves a review of its own. Every dish reflects ambition, precision, and a genuine understanding of fine cuisine. In my opinion, Komokieras is a restaurant that could confidently aspire to Michelin recognition. The name itself could not be more fitting. “Como quieras” — “as you wish.” And indeed, if what you wish for is refined cuisine, impeccable attention to detail, and the experience of dining in a restaurant that truly understands what class and quality mean, this is where you should come. Without hesitation, the best restaurant in Sitges in my opinion. A truly exceptional place.

Absolutely flawless. Everything was perfect. The staff is incredibly attentive, and for us, that's no small thing. The food is a delight. The dishes are well-seasoned and allow for flavor combinations that elevate each dish. We will definitely return. Thank you for everything.

First of all, a 10/10! 😍😍 We had seen excellent reviews and decided to come for dinner one of our vacation days in Sitges, and it was a fantastic choice. Whenever we go to a restaurant, we like to try steak tartare, so we've tried many, and this was one of the best we've ever had, if not the best. The maître d' prepares it with great care and even takes into account your preference for spice, leaving it perfectly balanced. Exquisite! 😍 The prawns (which they have off-menu and at an exceptional price) were spectacular, and for our main course, we ordered Galician beef ribeye. They recommended the ideal weight to share between two, and it was absolutely perfect. The meat was amazing; it melted in your mouth. Excellent dinner and very professional yet friendly service; we felt right at home. We will definitely be back!

Food is delicious. Owner is charming. Offers some season goods outside of the menu. Creative dishes. Good wines.

A truly special experience. An upscale restaurant; the meat is of superb quality and tastes delicious, and while the side dishes are small, they are incredibly flavorful. The head waiter has been doing a great job for years, but the current second waiter wasn't quite up to par, at least not on the evening we were there. We'll definitely be going back on our next trip to Sitges.
