Wonderful food and experience !

The food was good but not exceptional. The tuna was delicious. The 6 courses followed one another in very rapid succession. Too rapid. Immediately after the food was finished, we were asked if we wanted to order anything else. We had dessert. When that was finished, we saw that the bill was already being drawn up and placed on the bar. When I asked for the bill, it was indeed already ready. When I mentioned this, I ended up in a huge argument with the waitress. Very unpleasant; she didn't understand what I was talking about when I told her that I was left with a very rushed feeling after the meal and the fact that the bill was ready before I had even asked for it. When I went to pay, she asked "tip?". I didn't give one. In short, not the experience we had hoped for. I would not recommend this restaurant; there are so many nicer places in Sitges. N.B. the restaurant was not full, so it wasn't to encourage turnover. Response to El Pou's comment: I understand the concept and it makes sense, but the way the staff acted was unpleasant. Another example: I asked for a refill of my glass of wine, but the same waitress served the wrong wine. I saw that it had a different label, so I said that I wanted the wine I had drunk earlier. She reacted rudely and asked if I wanted to try the wine that had been poured, saying I might like it. My review must be read in this context. The service was not okay. I was definitely asked if I wanted to give a tip ("tip?"), my son heard it too; it is annoying that you deny this twice in your response. The attitude of the waitress in question was rude and impolite. It is not surprising that she is not telling you the truth.

Not worth it unfortunately.

Simply spectacular. The POU never disappoints.

It was all spectacular. Everything was delicious, but the patatas bravas and the Chucho were outstanding. The waitresses were very attentive and gave us great advice. I would definitely go back.

We were very impressed by the creative and plentiful tapas dishes. The service was very friendly, and the staff were lovely. The restaurant was at a comfortable temperature.
