A charming hotel. Super friendly staff, a very complete breakfast with a complimentary glass of cava ☺️, and excellent housekeeping. It's very comfortable and pleasant. The pool is a highlight, perfect for cooling off. They even offer a complimentary glass of cava on the terrace of a hotel on the seafront. They have lockers for luggage and a shower and changing room available after check-out before your trip, all free of charge. Ideal for solo travelers or couples.
I stayed at this hotel for one night and the experience was unsatisfactory. Upon checking in, I requested a taxi for 11:30 the following day. However, the hotel incorrectly booked the taxi for 11:00. When I arrived at the agreed time (11:30), I was informed that the taxi had been waiting for half an hour and was charged for that waiting time, even though the error was the hotel's when making the booking. I consider it unfair to have had to bear an additional cost due to someone else's mistake. I hope they improve their management of these types of services to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.
The room cleaning is okay, but when you're asleep, they start dragging the bedside tables and chairs from adjacent rooms at 8 a.m., making them incredibly loud (unnecessarily). The key cards are a big problem. I had to ask for a different one at least 3-4 times a day because it wouldn't open. The setup is awful. Breakfast... could be improved at that price. For the service and quality, the price is too high. Ultimately, it's centrally located, so that's what saves it. Most importantly, the staff is super friendly and helpful; it's a shame that these issues ruined our stay.
perfect for a solo travel artist.
