I booked through Booking.com and received a message asking for €300 for room insurance. I reported the phishing scam to Booking.com, but they didn't resolve anything; they sent me the same message again, but I ignored it. I lived with fear and uncertainty about what would happen when I arrived at the hostel. When the day came, everything worked perfectly, I had no problems whatsoever, and I didn't pay a single penny. However, as a customer, feeling like they were trying to scam me with that message was awful.

Payment was complicated; the code sent via WhatsApp was lost in a message. It wasn't possible to check in before 4 PM and drop off our luggage! There was no toilet paper in the apartment. Luckily, a manager helped us get in... The apartment itself is decent, fairly clean, and spacious.

I absolutely do not recommend this apartment. It leaves much to be desired in several aspects. The access instructions are relatively easy to follow once they're sent, but you don't receive them until 4:00 PM, which is inconvenient, especially if you arrive earlier. In our case, the parking situation was quite inconvenient: first, you have to pay through a WhatsApp link, and only then are you told where the parking lot is and which space you're assigned. I believe this information should be provided in advance or, at the very least, offer the option of paying directly there. Regarding the location, although it's in a central area, the apartment is right above several bars and clubs. The noise is constant and very loud; we couldn't sleep until approximately 3:00 AM, when the establishments closed. Furthermore, there's no soundproofing whatsoever: you can hear absolutely everything, both from the street and from the neighbors, making the stay quite uncomfortable. The condition of the apartment is also inadequate. There is mold and dirt in several areas, some lights don't work, and there are even some dangerous details, such as a protruding screw next to the headboard and hooks on either side that appear to be improperly placed. The bathroom, besides having very little lighting, is in quite poor condition: the surfaces are dirty, the floor and sink have mold, and the shower seems poorly attached to the wall, giving the impression that it could fall. Although towels and a hairdryer are provided, the overall cleanliness doesn't inspire confidence, to the point of raising doubts about the condition of the sheets. Overall, the experience was quite negative, and I would not recommend this accommodation.

Very well located. Pleasant view of the neighborhood. Good-sized apartment. Very clean bed linens and bathroom. Only the dishes leave something to be desired.

Terrible service. They're not answering the phone. We had arranged to drop off our luggage, but they're not there, and we're stuck with it all morning. We've called all the contact numbers listed, and no one answers for hours.

The apartments are fairly well-equipped and have everything you need. The location is good, in a lively neighborhood with several places to eat and drink nearby, about a 15-minute walk from the city center. However, the apartments are somewhat neglected, the beds are very uncomfortable, and one of the bed frames was broken. We notified them by message (since there is no reception or staff on site) and received no response. Very poor communication and problem resolution. Overall, these apartments are best suited for traveling with friends and NOT for families, due to the lack of comfort, the surroundings, and the appalling state of the apartment itself!
