Valencia Pride 2026
About This Event
Valencia Pride, late June: Spain’s third-largest city throws its annual LGBTQ+ party. Around 150,000 people show up.
The parade cuts through the city center, then Ruzafa, Valencia’s gay and creative heart. It’s one of Spain's most striking routes, mixing historic architecture with Ruzafa’s bars and terraces.
Over the last ten years, Valencia Pride has gotten bigger. The city's LGBTQ+ community is more visible, and Valencia itself has become a magnet for gay travelers from Spain and beyond.
Pride week isn’t just the parade. There are concerts, cultural events, film screenings, and a full lineup of club nights and bar events across Ruzafa and the rest of the city. Santiago Calatrava’s City of Arts and Sciences hosts some of the bigger outdoor events.
If you’re in Spain in June, Valencia Pride is a real alternative to Madrid WorldPride or Barcelona Pride. It’s smaller, sure, but it feels distinctly Valencian: the atmosphere, the pace, the quality of its nightlife.
