Discovered by chance, an Italian restaurant serving Mediterranean cuisine. I had the best mussels in a long time, and the grilled octopus, which I must say was a generous portion and high quality. The only thing to note is that if you don't like spicy food, it's best to specify that they don't add paprika, but it was still good. The atmosphere was very refined and unique, and the staff were very attentive. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Minha experiência no restaurante foi muito boa. Pedimos a tábua de queijos e o carpaccio de carne como entradas, os quais estavam excelentes. De prato principal comi o arroz de camarão ao Curry, o qual não gostei tanto quanto esperava, pois achei muito doce. O atendimento poderia melhorar um pouco, senti falta de agilidade da equipe de garçons para chegar à mesa quando solicitado. Recomendo!

Authentic tasty food, cozy atmosphere and excellent service

I've eaten there a couple of times and I always leave satisfied. The food is very good and plentiful, the quality/price ratio is reasonable, and the place is cozy and pleasant. I will definitely return.

Last night my daughters and I chose to eat in this beautiful restaurant in Valencia where we ate very well.

Six of us went to celebrate the opening of a new business. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a carefully curated Mediterranean decor. The setting alone makes it worth a visit, but the food is equally impressive. We started by sharing a cheese and ham platter, a swordfish tartare with apple, and lemon mussels with parsley. The tartare was undoubtedly one of our favorite dishes. It was incredibly fresh. The mussels were also a hit, bursting with flavor. Interestingly, though, the dish that most impressed our friend David was the charcuterie board. The star of the dinner was the Tomahawk steak, accompanied by roasted vegetables. The meat had a spectacular flavor, especially the rare cuts. To finish, we ordered several desserts: pistachio, Nutella, and fig cheesecakes, as well as Sicilian cannoli. What surprised us most was how light they were. After such a hearty meal, they went down a treat. Considering the quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service, we found it to be excellent value for money. In short, we found Giardino del Carmen to be a highly recommended option for a celebration or a special dinner in Valencia.
