The experience should be evaluated considering it's a 3-star hotel, so it's fair to say that overall, the value for money is good. Good points: the evening shows were very good, the rooms were spacious, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The pools and water slides were also very good. The quality and variety of the food was adequate. The Pirate and Italian restaurants were quite acceptable. The elderly lady at the food truck was very friendly and helpful with the ice cream and waffles. Areas for improvement: the children's entertainment was quite weak; the counselors seemed unenthusiastic, with the exception of Claudia and the guy in capri pants, who were more responsible and dedicated. The rest were unenthusiastic. The reception staff also lacked enthusiasm and professionalism. Things that urgently need improvement: the room renovation, cleanliness, and elevators; the quality of the drinks at the bars was very poor, as was the cocktail preparation.

My sister-in-law and I recently stayed four nights with my seven-year-old niece. We had a health issue, and the hotel staff were very helpful, especially Sergio, who was in charge of first aid. The hotel is ideal for families with children. It was much better than we expected. We have absolutely no complaints. Excellent value for money. My thanks to all the staff, the hotel management, the lovely blonde receptionist, the restaurant staff, and especially Sergio, who looked after me every day. My niece was thrilled!

The hotel is good for children to enjoy the water slides and pool. The apartments are old, and depending on the tower, the elevators take a long time. The staff is very attentive and resolves problems. We had a problem with bad smells in our apartment, and after several complaints, they moved us to another one. The buffet is very repetitive and of poor quality. Parking is limited in the area. It's only recommended for the water slides, which are great for children.

Overall, our stay was good, and the hotel has many positive aspects. However, the strong, unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom throughout our stay detracted from the overall experience. On the other hand, we want to especially highlight Carlos's excellent service. We were traveling with a child with celiac disease, and his care, professionalism, and concern for ensuring she could enjoy her meals with complete peace of mind were outstanding. His attention made a significant difference, and we are truly grateful. We hope they can resolve the bathroom issue, as the rest of our experience was satisfactory.

Absolutely Fantastic Holiday, All amenities needed are in the hotel, So you don’t have to venture out with the kids, staff are brilliant and polite. Anything you ask for is never too much trouble, so helpful, correct safety measures are in place, lifeguards etc, Food was lovely too much to choose from. A large selection of drinks, My kids had a really awesome time, As did I and my mum, No mosquitoes in sight, And a special shout out to Serqui who went above and beyond to find my little girls dummy, she lost in the pool just before we were due to leave, and without it our plane journey home would have been quite stressful and also loud 😂 Phenomenal experience We will be back See You All Soon 🙂

Great Family Stay at Magic Tropical Splash! We recently returned from a wonderful week-long holiday with our two children (age 3 and 16 months). Despite being worried by some negative online reviews, we had a fantastic 5-star experience and would definitely return. Room & Service: We had a rocky start when assigned a 20th-floor room in Block 4; our double buggy wouldn’t fit in the lifts, which was impossible with a napping toddler. Reception initially suggested we rent a smaller pram, but the hotel manager stepped in brilliantly. He moved us to a 4th-floor room in Block 3 (upgrading us from Silver to Gold), where the buggy fit perfectly in all lifts. His swift action saved our holiday! The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious with lovely balconies, and the staff are incredibly friendly—special thanks to Marina in the buffet restaurant for being so welcoming. Food & Drink: The all-inclusive food and drink selection was great, with plenty of kid-friendly options and daily variety (plus unlimited ice cream!). I had read reviews about undercooked food and did spot pink meatballs one day—which we just avoided—but otherwise, everything was well-cooked and delicious. Pools & Facilities: The pools open at 9 AM and are fantastic. We spent most of our time at the pirate ship pool, which always had available sunbeds nearby. The main pool is also great, though my one piece of feedback is that the pirate ship area needs more parasols, as finding shade for the kids during the day was difficult. The staff put immense effort into the entertainment; our kids loved the 7:15 PM mini disco, and we could watch the excellent evening shows from our balcony. The soft play area is okay—the floor by the ball pit is a bit hard though and the layout was tricky for my youngest to get to the second level—but between the pools, games room, and activities, there was plenty to do. Location & Amenities: The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We also visited Terra Natura zoo (the hotel staff kindly ordered our taxi), which was a great day out. Final Thoughts: We had an amazing stay and have already booked the sister hotel, Magic Robin Hood, for next year. Thank you to all the hardworking staff and this hotel for ensuring we all had such a fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful few days as a family, the buffet food was very good and the staff were fantastic.

The bathrooms had an unbearable sewage smell (you had to plug all the holes), the elevators broke down every day, the all-inclusive package is a scam since they don't have quality drinks or good snacks (only Cruzcampo Group beer), Pepsi and Kas on tap... and the food is poor quality (lots of junk food). It has the best location but it's the worst of the Magic chain (I don't recommend it).
