Hotel Cuco

We stayed here for 3 days, I have to say I can’t even compare this hotel to previous places we’ve stayed. It will not disappoint! So many lovely staff, and the cleaners were lovely too. The sea is not visible from our room however it was literally 10 minutes away.

The hotel is quite good. The only downside was that our room didn't have a balcony, so in the summer, after a day at the beach, there was nowhere to dry our things. The food was good, although a bit repetitive.

The food supply has become very poor compared to last year. Very poor quality. There are no omelets, pancakes, or vegetables for breakfast. For dinner, there are only semi-finished products, and incomprehensible stews of meat or fish.

Location is half hour walk away from town. Room 405 - On first night i found bed bugs and with that i left the hotel within a few hours and went home. My friends stayed for their holiday but were not offered alternative rooms or cleaned once.

Lovely room(junior suite)153€ night, kettle in room, no cups, no water, no tea/coffee. Staff seem friendly enough, location is ok if you are not driving here, drove around for over 1 hour trying to find a parking space as the hotel car park was full, had to park the otherside of the city, left all luggage in car as only 1 night and the tv in my suite wasn't connected to the internet I could only share my screen with it and that connection wasn't good. The junior suite isn't normally as expensive normally 65-75 euros a night, contact the hotel direct for this price as I made a mistake using booking.com I was overcharged, please don't make the same mistake. By location the clients appeared to be a mix of Brits and Spaniards

A clean friendly hotel.Quite noisy all night with people coming in at all hours but this is Benidorm. Food could be better ......

Worst hotel I have ever staying in in my life food was absolutely disgusting as well as the drinks we paid for all inclusive couldn't eat or drink the food my friend as vilantly sick from eating the chicken staff were rude our room was awful to with a view of residents bedrooms took our bed covers didn't give us anymore pool was very very disappointing and dirty the pool toilets were vile DO NOT BOOk TO STAY HERE waste of money all round

We've been to Benidorm several times, and the hotel meets our usual standards. The staff is good, and I wouldn't mind returning.

It's a decent 3-star hotel. The rooftop pool is tiny and full of British people (taking advantage of the all-inclusive alcohol package), but there's another one right across the street that's very nice, and another one on the rooftop of the hotel on the corner belonging to the same chain. In May, the clientele is mostly senior citizens (like in the rest of the area), and British people, not particularly well-off, with all-inclusive packages. The food is varied, including drinks (beer, water, and wine). Not haute cuisine, but decent. Good breakfast with good coffee. The hotel has parking very close by and at a good price. There's a safe for a fee, but it's not expensive. You can upgrade to all-inclusive for about €10 per person per day, but it's not worth it unless you plan on drinking all day. They also have a refrigerator in the room, but it's extra. There's entertainment in the evenings, but it's geared mostly towards older guests. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, and the price is good. The worst part: Soundproofing between rooms. Location: You're one minute on Poniente beach and the next in the old town.
