Great hotel staff excellent, food superb only criticism is the pool and us English queuing to put towels on sunbeds and then disappearing to go wherever. Even with a half hour notice which says you can remove if the sunbed isnt taken with the towel left on. Need enforcing. Apart from that highly recommend. Stayed June 13th till 20th 2026

Just back from a weeks stay. Food, staff and cleaning, all great, no complaints. The hotel itself however, needs some maintenance work, paint flaking and discoloured in a lot of the outside areas and dining room floor could do with replacing. We didn't go to pool but there are a lack of beds, and they start queuing from 8am, for it opening at 9 🤣 All inclusive does include a number of branded spirits. If you're bourbon drinker, Jack Daniels not included but Jim Beam is 😉

On arrival we were made to feel very welcome by the young girl on reception. Our room 002. Large clean and comfortable bed. Mini fridge and water. Lovely patio overlooking the pool with 2 sun loungers a table and 2 chairs with a parasol. This was great for watching the morning race for sun loungers by the pool. When they open the doors at 9am. Food served buffet style, which was hot and with lots of choice. Drinks to were always served with a smile. Snack bar was great if you didn't want a big lunch, fresh toasties, hot dogs, burgers and chips. This hotel is great for shopping in the old town. Entertainment was ok, not really our thing, but others seemed to enjoy it. Every member for staff we interacted with was friendly. Lovely hotel and will certainly be returning. Thank you for making our anniversary special with the wine and snacks. 😁

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The buffet has no variety. Very little entertainment. It's not a hotel for Spaniards.

Hi firstly ty for our lovely 2nd stay, all staff as last time were lovely, familiar faces with great welcome & very helpful, the manageress was very attentive & came round the pool area on her days on shift checking everyone was happy with everything & made notes for any queries to solve. Change we saw from last time was warning holiday makers towels would be removed from pool area on sunbeds if unoccupied for more than time stipulated...which was great although we we only sat at the tables around the pool area....that is where we have a criticism as there were not enough tables/chairs & parasols as our last visit. The snack bar again was great & chefs that worked it. Breakfast again was fabulous, we didn't have lunch in restaurant as the snack bar suited us....however the evening meals could do with improving as the selection wasn't that apitizing for meals & desserts so we did eat out a couple of evenings & we were on all inclusive stay. We were happy with the bar & staff. Room was ok but could do with more storage space, the fridge could do with a shelf hopefully when u do the refurbishment this would be taken into consideration, we stayed park side as before..great ty. We were little disappointed on our last early breakfast day we left, we had informed reception 24 hrs before so the toaster/ coffee machine could be switched on...they were but unfortunately there was no butter for the toast, shame...hopefully next time. On the whole ty for our stay, looking forward to returning next year to see the changes. Ty to all the lovely staff...like a family, bye for now
