The hotel facilities are fine. The problem is that they have very few staff members. In general, at the pool bar on a sweltering Saturday, you have to wait over an hour to get food. A 4-star hotel, besides having good facilities, should have enough staff to properly serve its guests. I won't be returning and I don't recommend it.

Yesterday we had dinner at the Hotel Inside Meliá Zaragoza and the experience was excellent. Honestly, it wasn't a place I would have thought of going just for dinner without staying at the hotel, but it was a great choice. From the moment we arrived, the service we received from José Antonio at reception was impeccable: friendly, professional, and very attentive. The food pleasantly surprised us, with carefully prepared, high-quality cuisine. Furthermore, the restaurant service was outstanding, always attentive and making the dinner a truly enjoyable experience. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience and a place we will return to. I'll be back!

I stayed at the Melia Zaragoza hotel today, highly recommended. The receptionist, José Antonio, was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The rooms are magnificent, very modern and comfortable. And of course, I can't forget to mention the restaurant, also highly recommended; everything was absolutely delicious. And cooked right in front of you! Yes, I will definitely be back!

I stayed at Inside Zaragoza and the overall experience was excellent. The highlight was undoubtedly the rooftop infinity pool, with its Lebanese-style daybeds and views of the Zaragoza skyline that made me want to forget my phone for ages, simply soaking in the moment. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and spotless. Everything was meticulously maintained and felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. The beds were especially comfortable, the kind that envelop you and make it hard to get up in the morning. The staff also greatly enhanced the experience. Both the reception and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly. José Antonio, in particular, was wonderful; I already knew him from previous stays. Even before checking in, I was looking forward to seeing him again, because he's one of those people who makes you feel special and transforms your stay from just a hotel experience into something truly memorable. María at reception and the cleaning team were also very attentive throughout my stay. One area for improvement would be the air conditioning, which could be more powerful. At times it feels a bit cramped, especially on hot days. Overall, a highly recommended hotel in Zaragoza if you're looking for comfort, great views, and personalized service that makes all the difference.
