Hotel NH Collection Gran Hotel de Zaragoza

A classic hotel, clean, safe, everyone is very friendly, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the shower pressure is good. The breakfast isn't spectacular but it's adequate. Very well located, 15 minutes from the Cathedral, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Very good hotel, excellent location in the center of Zaragoza

We celebrated our wedding at the Gran Hotel and it was absolutely the right choice. The service from all the staff was excellent, always attentive and very professional. The food was delicious and all our guests complimented us on the menu and the service. Furthermore, the location is perfect, very central and convenient. Thank you for making such a special day so wonderful. We recommend it without hesitation.

We stayed at the hotel for several days and the service was impeccable from all the staff, with special mention to the reception team, but everyone was equally attentive: housekeeping, room service, breakfast, etc. Highly recommended for accommodation and exploring Zaragoza's old town, given its excellent location. We also held a small event with family and friends and were so glad we chose this hotel. Firstly, thanks to the attention we received from the event organizer, Mónica Bergés, who was always ready to answer any of our questions, and to the two people who served us, especially Javier, who was constantly looking after the guests; and secondly, thanks to the exquisite appetizers we enjoyed. All our guests were delighted. A highly recommended place to celebrate events or simply to enjoy a meal at their restaurant, La Ontina. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely be back.

I've been visiting for three years because my wife's family members stay here, and I love the hospitality of the staff and reception, as well as the well-preserved woodwork. When this hotel was built, great professionals worked on it, both in the quality of the woodwork and the chairs and tables. As for the rest, what I know is from my family and what they tell me about the rooms, breakfast, food, and service—it's all top-notch. There must be a reason why, because whenever they come to Zaragoza, they only want to stay here.

Excellent location and service. They offered us a farewell coffee and were kind enough to help us find a currency exchange and taxis.
