RFSL Jönköping

RFSL Jönköping is the local branch of RFSL, the Swedish Federation for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer and Intersex Rights. Active since 1981, it is the backbone of queer life in the city and across Jönköping County. The branch runs a social meeting place, lectures and café evenings, study circles through its Q-Studion programme and support activities, and it is the driving force behind the city's annual Pride week each August. Its premises at Norra Strandgatan 42 double as the home of Club 42, the members' club night. For anyone visiting Jönköping who wants to connect with the local LGBTQ+ community, RFSL is the first point of contact — check jonkoping.rfsl.se for current opening hours and events.
