Quite ok👍 slept in a small room downstairs. 140 bed, quite ok, cheap👍
Very small room, but fresh. Breakfast was poor.
Big thanks to Jennifer at the reception for world class service however the room we got on the sixth floor was like a greenhouse, despite the AC on max they were hot during the whole stay and couldn't open any windows. The breakfast was really good. If they had been a better room they would have been 5 out of 5
The hotel is clean, the breakfast is good. The bed is not very comfortable, but that's a personal preference. The big downside is the lack of opening windows and few hangers for clothes, and the laundry service is incredibly expensive. The gym is another area that needs improvement; its biggest advantage is the view of the lake. It's definitely too small, lacks equipment, the bench doesn't have handles for barbells, and instead of a bathroom (which everyone has in their own room), there should be extra space. With three people, it just gets crowded. I suggest tearing down the wall and getting rid of that pointless bathroom. Overall, I give it a positive rating because the service is professional and the location is excellent.
The VIEW! 🤩
Should rename to Box Hotel... Smart rooms are not to recommend
