The location of the hotel is excellent, with many attractions, restaurants, and public transport options within walking distance. The breakfast was very good, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty food. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malmö.

We had a nicely decorated superior room that felt gigantic - but the toilet was very small. The room could use a refresh, for example the skirting boards. A big minus is that the room lacked a smart TV and that there is no AC. There is a fan. Comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner were good, but we had to ask for refills in empty containers. Overall, an elegant hotel with a very central location, but the room could use a little care. Good service from the staff.

Hello. The hotel is nicely located in the center of the old town, good location. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the dinner is also good. The room was clean, but the refrigerator did not work. The bathroom was also clean, but it would be good to change the rubber seals in the shower cabin, they have all turned yellow and broken. Otherwise, everything is good.
