A great hotel in Central Malmö. The rooms are really nice and modern with all the facilities need for your stay. The service is good especially in the reception. The breakfast and the staff in the breakfast area are the only things worth noting as a small minus to the quality.

Worse than expected.

Beautiful and clean hotel with a great view. The rooms are modern and well furnished, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I’m giving four stars instead of five because of two minor issues: there was no coffee machine at breakfast, only filter coffee, and the shower design was not very practical. The bathroom itself is stylish and modern, but after showering, a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor because the partition is not designed very well.

Over all absolutely great experience! Great view, very friendly staff , the only small things i would say is that the breakfast needs a bit more variety ! And if you go there during winter walk through the back street, because of the open sea streets the wind gets brutal!

Fantastic hotel! Great room. We were at the top and had a view of the city and it was absolutely fantastic, especially in the morning. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, good selection. Very close to the Central station! However, the waffle station could have been a step better and more efficient. Those of us who were going to have breakfast were blocked by that queue.

We really appreciated all the coordination and help in setting things up, receiving the cake delivery, placing it in the room with candles, the chocolates, and the personalized note. It all came together perfectly and made the birthday surprise really special.

Amazing stay! The hotel is beautiful, very well located, and the rooms are incredible, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The breakfast was a highlight, with stunning views that made the experience even more special. A special mention to Ida and Alva at reception, they were excellent, super friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back!

Boring hotel. The lobby felt like you were entering an office, absolutely not welcoming. You had to book a slot time for breakfast, each time was 45 minutes. Then you had to leave. Most of the breakfast was gone and the hostess announced angrily that it would not be replenished. A little disappointed that I did not get any scrambled eggs and not much else to choose from. No vegetables and empty bowls and when someone asked for cutlery the staff sighed. The hotel lives on the view which otherwise feels half-baked and worn. Two stars for the man at the reception who helped us with ice when I hurt my foot.

Door to room was unfortunately very heavy due to defective door pump. Shower was defective (leaking and could not stay up). Both errors were reported to reception but were not rectified. I would have expected that there would be more control over it when you had booked one of their best rooms.

Breakfast is modest at the restaurant bar. Rooms are dark.
