RFSL Örebro

RFSL Örebro is the local branch of RFSL, Sweden's national LGBTQI rights organisation, and has been in the city since 1981. Its house at Västra Nobelgatan 19, a short walk west of the central station, is the closest thing Örebro has to a queer meeting place. In October 2026 its calendar listed a Tuesday café for adults (20:00–23:00), a trans café on Mondays, a seniors' café on Wednesdays and youth evenings on Fridays. On Thursdays from 16:30 to 19:00 it runs Testpoint, a free and anonymous drop-in for HIV and syphilis tests. RFSL Örebro also co-organises Nerike Pride.
