No AC and poor ventilation. The hotel provides a small fan for the room but it's not enough during summer. Windows can only be opened by a member of staff. Avoid this hotel during summer! We couldn't sleep during our stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was okay.
Great hotel in Örebro, the room quality is confortable although it would be recommendable to modernize the bathrooms and also add air conditioner to the rooms. The restaurant services is great, good food offering and fresh. It's located at 7 min walking to the southern train station, making it really suitable for traveling purposes.
Very convenient hotel when you want to visit the old town. Rooms a bit small Breakfast very good Staff very friendly and helpful
Staying at this hotel was an awful experience. After being in my room for only a couple of hours, I discovered 2 bed bugs crawling on my bed. I immediately packed up my luggage and asked for a different room. The request was granted but not without having to make a second trip downstairs because the key wasn’t reassigned to the new room the first time. To the credit of the staff member that helped, he was polite. I would have moved hotels entirely if I wasn’t with a group of people. On top of this, I found what appeared to be crack cocaine in a bag on the street just a block or 2 down the road earlier in the evening. Cannot recommend this hotel or city less to travelers.
A nice hotel for a business trip stay. Nicely located around centre of the city.
