Extraordinary is the perfect word to describe this charity. The organization shines in every aspect, from its exceptionally well-organized programs to its warm and professional team. They offer an impressive range of services, including free legal and health advice, which are provided with utmost confidentiality and expertise. The addition of a safe space complemented by complimentary coffee and tea adds a comforting touch, making it clear that this charity truly goes above and beyond to support its community. The overall experience is friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making it an outstanding resource for those in need.

Very rude staff, not inclusive and not a safe place at all. If you are a queer person, avoid this place.
