B2 Hotel Zürich

A wonderful hotel: very stylish and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (that also offers vegetables and ground flaxseeds!) and most of all outstanding staff that provide great service to make your stay memorable! Many thanks to the entire team!

We had a great time at the B2 hotel and got tickets to the Hürlimann spa as well. We especially enjoyed the warm and attentive service. The room temperature was perfect, and no noise from the air conditioning. They seems very queer friendly.

We booked room 108 with spa access, and I highly recommend it. It was bright, had a high ceiling, a beautiful view, and was spotlessly clean. Many thanks to the team for the superb service and comfort. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and comfortable, from check-in to check-out. What we also really appreciated (a surprise from the hotel team) was that the room was subtly decorated without us even asking, as it was a birthday present. Thank you again for that! The à la carte dinner and brunch, as well as the service, were excellent and very friendly. Thank you for the two wonderful days with you. We would love to come back again.

📚☕️ I recently visited the library-café at the B2 Hotel Zürich—and it's one of the most unusual places I've seen in Zurich. I wasn't staying at the hotel itself, but came specifically for the famous Library Lounge—a space with thousands of books, high shelving reaching to the ceiling, and an atmosphere reminiscent of an old European intellectual club. I was particularly impressed by the chandelier made from former Hürlimann beer bottles—a beautiful reminder that the building was once a brewery. It's a fascinating blend of industrial history, design, and comfort. The place is unusual, aesthetically pleasing, and very atmospheric. Perfect for coffee, quiet conversation, reading, or simply enjoying the interior and experiencing the special atmosphere of Zurich. I was very pleased with my visit—I'll definitely be back again.

I don't think I've ever stayed at a hotel with such friendly staff. The women at the front desk greeting you like a friend coming to visit. Leonardo in the restaurant not only remembered my preferred morning drink, but greeted everyone in their respective languages, I heard greetings in English, Spanish, Italian, German and French. The breakfast buffet was good and offered eggs made to order The rooms were comfortable and the complementary beverages and snacks were restocked daily While not centrally located it was a 20 min walk to central Zurich or a quick uber ride. The attached spa is a must do! Such a relaxing respite amidst busy touring days Would absolutely stay again!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the B2 Hotel Zurich. The entire hotel made a very high-quality and stylish impression, and we felt comfortable from the very beginning. We would particularly like to highlight the fantastic service. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast buffet also impressed us. While the selection wasn't huge, the quality of the products offered was excellent, and everything was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you goes to Antoine, who made an outstanding impression right from our initial phone call. His friendly, competent, and helpful manner won us over immediately. His advice and service on-site were also excellent and very courteous. Employees like him make a stay significantly more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and can absolutely recommend the hotel.

Staying at B2 Hotel Zürich was without question one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed — the atmosphere perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and is not too crowded. A special shoutout to Irina on the front desk whose service was nothing short of perfect and she really is a credit to the b2 organisation. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt high-end without being overdone. The staff were exceptional throughout the stay: and always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. Overall, B2 Hotel Zürich exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a hotel that feels this unique while also delivering such exceptional service and comfort. I have been coming to Zurich for some time now and recommend it to anyone visiting Zurich looking for a memorable stay.

I travel to Zurich a lot for work and this is my absolute favorite hotel. Staff and breakfasts are amazing!
