My stay at the Hotel Arte Spreitenbach was unfortunately very disappointing. During my stay, quiet hours were repeatedly disregarded, which significantly hampered my ability to relax. Furthermore, I found the handling of reported problems to be lacking in a solution-oriented approach. Several complaints regarding the room were, in my opinion, not addressed satisfactorily, and the alternatives offered did not, in some cases, provide any improvement. I also found the hotel's communication to be contradictory and lacking in transparency on several occasions. Despite my patience and repeated attempts to address the situation constructively, no satisfactory solution could be found.
Unfortunately, I have to give one star.
Rooms are okay... But the Toilette is looking like it's older than me. The tv got the size of an tablet. And the water "pressure" is just a trickle. Fridge is full of fingerprints on the outside But the worst thing :the night auditor is definitely at a wrong place. Never had a so stupid conversation within the last years! I tell him i was here for a stay couple of days ago, and i do know the code to come in. What i dont know is my reservation number. But he was still keep on telling me what i already know, without answering my question! The last thing u need around midnight after an exhausting day! He was giving me the entrance code five times!! I explained him couple of times in German than in English,,, but still he kept on. To a point where i seriously doubt that he is able to understand anything. It was like talking to a brick wall. But the wall don't give stupid answers at least. After i told him that i have to complain about him, he refused to tell me his name. Hope i never have to speak to this person again. And my next stay is definitely elsewhere.
