Renos Relax Sauna

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've been asked to leave before the official end time. You pay a lot for entry and then you can't even stay until the end... and the staff member's reaction wasn't very child-friendly... it's a shame that such places exist in Switzerland.

Great website, you're very well informed and the pictures of the sauna are beautifully done. I can highly recommend the Renos Relax sauna.

It's actually a good sauna. Everything is clean, the staff is friendly, but the entrance fees could be adjusted to attract more young people. I find 35 CHF a bit expensive for those 20 and older, considering that there are mostly older people in the sauna. Many 20-year-olds are still studying, and 35 francs is a lot for them. If I were that age, I'd probably go to a club rather than a sauna. I would appreciate it if you reconsidered the prices for younger people and, for example, adjusted the price for 18-25 year olds. So, 23 years old = 23 francs. 😌 Otherwise, everything is great! 👍

Small, expensive, and not good at all!

I had to pay €45 for entry at 10:30 PM, even though 1. I'm under 30 and 2. it was late, and you usually pay a lower price later. Unfortunately, I only found out about this from another customer inside. I thought it was pretty cheeky to be ripped off, especially on my first visit :( . I didn't want to ask about it again at the checkout on my way out because the cashier wasn't there anyway, and the others wouldn't have believed me. Edit: No, it wasn't on Thursday but on Friday evening, and I'm obviously still under 30, hence only 2 stars... to put it bluntly, I was deliberately cheated.
