25hours Hotel Langstrasse

I don't anything bad to say, when I come back to Switzerland, I will come back. Location was perfect the hostesses and personnel from the restaurant bar were great, super professional, helpful when you come across a question related to places to visit. The room was super original as the whole hotel was, the decorations are fenomenal.

We had a wonderful stay at the 25hours Hotel Zurich Langstrasse. The hotel is modern, stylish, and has a unique atmosphere. The rooms are tastefully furnished, very clean, and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would especially like to commend the friendly and attentive staff. From check-in to check-out, we received a warm welcome and excellent service. It's clear that hospitality is a top priority here. The breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. The hotel's location is also ideal – centrally located and perfect for exploring Zurich on foot or by public transport. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly return anytime. Thank you to the entire team for the fantastic stay!

I am a loyal Accor hotel customer, and it's precisely because I've always had good experiences with the group that I booked the 25hours Hotel Langstrasse with complete confidence and without hesitation. Unfortunately, this stay absolutely did not reflect the standards I've come to expect from Accor. The excellent reviews had also reassured me, but our experience was quite the opposite. We stayed two nights in a Medium Room, at approximately 243 CHF per night, and it's probably one of the most disappointing rooms I've ever stayed in in a 4-star hotel! The main problem was the room temperature. It was July 20th, with temperatures nearing 30°C outside, and yet our room was freezing. Despite the thermostat being set to maximum, it was still very cold, as if there was a constant draft. After reporting the problem, the only solution offered was… a space heater. In the middle of July. We therefore slept very poorly for both nights. Unfortunately, the night reception was inadequate. We felt our problem was being downplayed, and no satisfactory solution, such as a room change, was offered. The condition of the room was also very disappointing: stained carpet, heavily limescaled shower head, damaged sink drain, and very poor soundproofing. At this price point, this is hardly acceptable. On the other hand, I would like to sincerely thank the receptionist who was there on the morning of our departure. She was the only one to show genuine empathy, acknowledged that our experience was not normal, and offered us breakfast. Without her professionalism and kindness, this review would very likely have been even harsher. A big thank you also to the bar and restaurant staff, who were warm, attentive, and whose food was excellent. They are the ones who saved this experience. But in the end, I left with a profound sense of disappointment and exhaustion. This stay lived up to neither the excellent reviews nor the image I have of Accor hotels. For a minimum of 245 CHF per night, I expected a much higher level of comfort and service… Next time, it'll be Ruby MIMI; at least I know it's a safe bet.

One of the best hotels in Langstrasse. I stayed for up to 5 days. It has a transient clientele.

One of those hotels that gets the balance right. Beautiful design without feeling pretentious, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a genuinely relaxed atmosphere. I especially appreciated how every space feels thoughtfully designed while still being warm and welcoming. The location is perfect for exploring Zurich on foot, with plenty of great cafés, restaurants and galleries nearby. I'd happily stay here again.

One of the best hotel stays I ever had. Everythings is 5⭐️ - from the location to the amazing front desk staff. Rooms definitely have character and many little details that will make you chuckle and smile (for example door notes for the cleaning staff or cool stuffed animals!) Appreciated that the windows can open and let in fresh air during the hot July nights. Free mini bar didn’t disappoint either. Snacks and drinks are just what you need after the day of exploring. Hope to come back soon or explore other 25Hour Hotel properties across Europe (and beyond). Cheers!

Refused to cooperate with change of plans and took my money anyways. Avoid this place

Decent room, small but well appointed and quiet, given it's next to the railway line! Didn't appreciate the requirement for a card swipe on arrival, which despite the promise it was just "a hold", they actually took money from the account.
