The location and ambiance are excellent, but the service has potential. It's a very beautiful house in a superb location. However, the atmosphere could have been significantly enhanced by warmer and more passionate service.

Wonderful place!

We visited the cigar bar yesterday and it was an absolute joy to sink back into the comfortable chairs as well as to sink back in time. Service is first class.

We are two young women from Germany and had a truly wonderful experience here. The breakfast was delicious, everything was fresh and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere right by the river was simply gorgeous. We would like to extend a very special thank you to Matteo, who took such good care of us. He was incredibly friendly, always cheerful, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. We were particularly impressed that he often knew what we needed before we even had to ask – such attentive and warm hospitality is truly rare these days. It's not just the delicious food, but also staff like Matteo that make a place special. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant and would love to come back again on our next visit to Zurich!
