Our stay at the 25hours Hotel Zurich West was simply outstanding. From the moment we entered the hotel, we were captivated by the unique design, the modern atmosphere, and the many thoughtful details. The hotel combines style, comfort, and personality in a special way, setting it apart from other hotels. We would especially like to thank Rena, Engo, and the entire team. Their warm hospitality, professionalism, and exceptional service made our stay a true highlight. They were always attentive and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome from the very first moment. Such dedicated hosts are rare. The rooms were also comfortable, clean, and superbly equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit to the 25hours Hotel Zurich West. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel with delicious breakfast, cozy rooms, and relaxing sauna

The ambiance was absolutely beautiful, and Engo & Mariann were very friendly and attentive. Until next time! Of course, the food was fantastic.

Very nice. I'm more of a carpet person now; the room only had laminate flooring. That's just my personal taste, though.

A well-run hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was no kettle in the room and only one bathrobe for two guests (pool and sauna available).

I like to express my appreciation for all the staff at the 25 hours hotel especially Mori and Mariann for being so lovely in their care and warmth. They answered any questions that we had and assisted with our breakfast needs. This is a wonderful hotel overall and especially convenient since it’s walking distance of my husband’s job. This was a wonderful experience and stay and we will definitely stay here for any other work related trips.
