Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The dessert and coffee presentation was also wonderful, I highly recommend it. ☺️ A big thank you to Mr. Muhammet for his warmth and friendliness.

This was the most unique and wonderful place I stayed during my trip to Turkey. The location, atmosphere, and rooms are all excellent without exception. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is plentiful and delicious. It has become the most memorable place for me in Ankara.

This was a delightful experience. Better than your average 5 star because it was a 500 year old Caravanserai! It is set right across from the castle walls. The food was great, the building lovely, the staff friendly and the view spectacular. Staying here also gave us free admission to a very special transport museum next door.

Ankara's finest venue, the perfect choice for hosting your special guests, serving as both a hotel and a restaurant.

My wife and I visited the restaurant for lunch, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The service quality was far below our expectations, and there were serious deficiencies in hygiene. In particular, a blonde employee served by holding the glass by the drinking stem; this was quite uncomfortable and unacceptable from a hygiene perspective. The taste of the food was also unfortunately mediocre. We believe that such a well-established and historic establishment should be much more careful about staff training and service quality.
